Two of the many important decisions that QBH made from the beginning were that quality would never be sacrificed for profit, and that the customer would be involved in the process from the beginning to the end. Customers would be encouraged, not discouraged from being around the building site. The building process should be a pleasant one as the customer watches the dream become a reality.
